These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You") and e999 ("e999", "We", "Us", "Platform"). By accessing, registering for or using the e999 platform at e999.world, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the e999 platform. e999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

To register for and use an e999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e999 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate suspension or permanent closure of their account, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, any balance held at the time of suspension will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, e999 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Where no violation is found, the balance will be reinstated or paid out according to normal withdrawal procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be paid out via the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements are met and no active bonus wagering requirements remain.
